This has to be one of my favortie vegetable dishes. I never imagined one day i'd admit to such a thing. :)

Bistek

Bistek or Filipino Beef Steak. Fairly common dish among Filipino households and surely one of the favorites. The only thing different i do, is i use sukiyaki cuts for this.

Kailan Leaves in Oyster Sauce

Kalian leaves with oyster sauce mixed with crabsticks. Blanch the leaves and set aside. Saute some minced garlic and chopped onions, stir in your favorite oyster sauce, add the crabsticks, then the Kailan leaves.

Kung Pao Chicken

Found this recipe for Kung Pao chicken. It turned out well but i think there is still room for improvement.

Kangkong Leaves in Teriyaki Sauce

Blanched kangkong leaves mixed with teriyaki sauce, carrots, tofu, fish tofu and lobster balls.

Osso Buco

I wanted to plate this but everyone was just hungry that i only had time to take 2 photos. I finished cooking at 9 in the evening.

It's been a while since i've posted here and thanks to some informative food blogs, i was able to finally cook Osso Buco.
