A crunchy crust, lotsa pepperoni, some sliced ham, minced garlic, chopped onions, grated cheese, chopped bell peppers and homemade pizza sauce equals - Pizza Night!

Asparagus Omelette

Basically the same as the Asparagus in butter and garlic except that i added some dried basil leaves and eggs. A little twist and you have a new delicious dish.

Choco Walnut Cake

Baking a cake was the furthest thing in my mind after a cheesecake disaster i had a few years ago. A recipe posted by Connie of Pinoycook kinda gave me hope and had me looking for the ingredients yesterday. The result -- good....but can be improved on. I think i should change the kind of chocolate i used.
