Golden Garlic Fish Fillet
Yesterday i was able to buy a couple of kilos of surgeonfish fillet. I usually just make a batter made of flour and eggs, dip the fish, fry and serve. This time i decided to mix in garlic and margarine resulting in a very tasty dish.
