Chicken Salpicao



This was taken from the Magnolia fillets cuts recipe flyer. I just adjusted for twice the amount of chicken. Delicious and definitely doing it again!

Marinade the chicken in seasoning, worcestershire sauce and hot sauce for about 10 minutes. Saute some sliced garlic in butter then set aside. Drain the chicken, saute some minced garlic in butter, add the chicken. When cooked, add the marinade and mix till cooked. Add the toasted garlic.
