Pinaputok na Tilapia

This was the companion of the Inihaw na Liempo. I was really in a grilling mood. To do this, you need to clean the fish, make a few slits on the side, add salt and pepper, then stuff the belly with, onions, tomatoes and coriander. Wrap it in banana leaves and grill till done! Great with soy sauce, pepper, calamansi as dipping sauce.
